I’ve looked but I can’t find information regarding who issued an Event. Anyone has any idea how to find it or do I have to add it to the Event metadata?
If you do not record it, you will not be able to tell. The database has no embedded concept for the origin of an event. At best, logs can tell what connection it came in on, but that’s hardly what you are looking for. I’d recommend you design your streams and events in such a way that the origin becomes part of it.
